Payment is made online via secure payment gateways. Prices are listed in euros and include only the product price and shipping costs covered by the store.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

❌ Important: Due to temporary customs issues, shipments to Croatia, Czech Republic, and Hungary are temporarily suspended. We will notify you once shipping becomes available again.

4. International Customs Fees

The shipping cost paid by the store covers only the transportation of the package to the destination country.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or small postal charges, which are paid directly by the recipient according to the rules of the destination country.
For example, in Germany, the post may charge approximately €7.50 for processing customs formalities.
This is standard practice for international shipments and is beyond the responsibility of the store.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
